Joining our growing team to manage a portfolio of clients across accounts, tax and payroll, and to help bring on our junior staff.
What you will do
- Prepare personal tax returns and limited company accounts
- Complete CIS returns and VAT returns
- Process client payroll
- Review the bookkeepers' work
- Manage deadlines across your portfolio
- Keep clients up to date on their performance
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
What we are looking for
- ACA qualified
- At least 2 years in an accountancy practice (essential)
- Confident with Xero (essential); QuickBooks desirable
- Within commutable distance of Haywards Heath

Looking after bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of clients, reporting to the Director.
What you will do
- Bookkeeping through to trial balance stage
- Review the P&L and balance sheet
- Post prepayments and accruals
- Prepare management accounts
- Complete CIS returns and VAT returns
- Process client payroll
- Reconcile sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Keep clients up to date on their performance
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years' bookkeeping in an accountancy practice (essential)
- Confident with Xero (essential); QuickBooks desirable
- AAT bookkeeping qualified, or qualified by experience
