Our story
Built around the personal touch
Digivolve is a firm of accountants based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, with more than 23 years of experience behind us. We look after sole traders, landlords and limited companies, handling everything from day-to-day bookkeeping to year-end accounts, tax returns and VAT.
Our philosophy is simple: we make ourselves part of your business. Someone you can trust to be there when you need them, especially for the burning questions that keep you up at night. No question is too big or too small, and we take the time to explain things in language that makes sense to you.
We pride ourselves on being available, and we look to build long-term relationships rather than turn up once a year. The better we understand your personal situation, the easier it is to fit all the pieces of the jigsaw together and make sure your tax affairs are planned efficiently.

Digital evolution
What we mean by Digivolve
The name comes from digital evolution. The accountancy world has changed enormously, and Making Tax Digital is only speeding things up. We built Digivolve to put that shift to work for you, moving businesses to a paperless, accurate and up-to-date set of accounts rather than a shoebox of receipts in January.
We are Xero Platinum Partners, which puts us in the top 2% of practices Xero works with. Alongside Xero we use tools like Dext, QuickBooks, Hubdoc and direct bank feeds to take the admin off your plate and keep your numbers current. The software is set up around the way you actually work, and we tailor our packages to suit, whether you are a side hustle finding its feet or an established company with a full finance team.
